Damage: damages that have occured during the rental period are at the customer’s charge. By taking an insurance, the customer can reduce his or her own-risk to the maximum amount of € 35,- per damage event.
Deposit: valid driving-licence or identity card.
* Kiddy set or kiddy rig for kids under the age of 13 : -15%.

You want to test a wide range of equipment on site? You don’t have space to keep your equipment? So, our VIP-card is the perfect solution!
By the way, this card also constitutes an advantageous possibility for all addicted newcomers. Specially in the beginning, the progresses you make are quite impressing. Consequently, you reach new levels within a very short time and recently acquired equipment will rapidly become obsolete. Here too, the VIP-card is the way out.
During its whole validity period an adapted set for all wind-conditions, which our staff will prepare for you. What do you need more?
VIP-card € 475,- “season” (1/3 - 1/11)
VIP-card € 550,- “365” (1/4 - 1/4 or 1/11 - 1/11)

The “renter” refers to “Zeil- & Surfcentrum Brouwersdam B.V.”
The “hirer” or “trainee” refers to the person who fills out and signs the present form.
The hirer and / or trainee acknowledges and accepts the terms of the present reservation.
The hirer and / or trainee acknowledges that he / she received the equipment (surfboard or boat with respective accessories), in good overall condition.
The hirer and / or trainee is obliged to return the equipment in the same conditions as it was delivered.
The hirer and / or trainee declares that he / she knows how to swim sufficiently. The hirer declares that those who will practice windsurfing or sailing with him together (co-hirers) are able to swim, too.
The windsurfing equipment is not covered. The boats are covered, in case of damage there is an amount of € 300,- at the own risk of the hirer.
The hirer is not authorised to sublet the equipment. Damage or theft that occur while the equipment has been sublet are not covered.
The hirer acknowledges his / her responsibility in case of damage of the equipment, to him / her or his / her co-hirers.
This applies also to damages that may be covered by the renter’s insurance. Damage or the own risk amount have to be paid immediately. If it turns out that the insurance covers the damage the renter promptly transfers the amount to the hirer, without interest.
The renter is not covered against injuries caused by the hirer against himself, third parties the renter’s or third party’s property.
In case of accident the renter is not responsible.
Neither is the renter responsible for damages / injuries caused by an accident.
Hirer and trainee are supposed to have an indemnity insurance covering the above mentioned damages or injuries.
The renter’s insurance regulations can be viewed by the hirer at any time.
