Whether individual or in a group, our rooms will be a comfortable harbour after an exciting day on the water.
All 12 rooms (in total 56 sleeping-places) dispose of a separate bath-room, equipped with shower, lavatory and water-closet. They are located at the first floor and have loft and/or single beds.
Also at the disposal of our guests: a common room with a fridge, drying room and extra showers.

Important information concerning the room reservations
Arrival: 4 – 8 p.m.If it is impossible for you to arrive during this period, please contact us in time
Departure: before
To bring: Sleeping-bag or bedclothes (blankets available) and towels (bedclothes and towels can be obtained at the reception, € 5,- per set)
Parking: A parking fee is due in the area around the Zeil- & Surfcentrum Brouwersdam. Visitors of our sleeping accommodation get a parking card for the period of their stay (Max. 2 cards per room, € 40 deposit cash)
Tourist tax: Tourist tax 2010 € 0,77 per person per night. The tax is not included in the room rate.
F&B: Rooms are always booked in combination with either breakfast or half-board.
Surfing/ Sailing: Guests of our accommodation are accorded a 10% discount on renting-fees and sailing or surfing courses. Wetsuits included. Bring your own shoes. Please book the courses together with the room(s).
Min stay: 2 nights, for a 1-night-stay 25% of the roomrate will be charged extra.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in the rooms.
